Total Package 360

“TP360 ensures that young people from historically underserved communities have a fully supported pathway from early education to college graduation.”

TP360 (Total Package 360) is a long-term, care-centered educational pathway designed to ensure that young people from economically marginalized and historically underserved communities have access to the full spectrum of academic, relational, and practical support needed to succeed.

Beginning as early as age 10 and continuing through the college years, TP360 surrounds students and their families with a coordinated ecosystem of tutoring, mentoring, college preparation, and life support services. The program was developed in response to the reality that many families lack access to the networks, guidance systems, and educational infrastructure that often determine whether a student successfully navigates the path from early schooling to college graduation.

Rather than offering isolated services, TP360 accompanies youth and their families across the full educational journey—building the academic skills, confidence, stability, and practical knowledge required to access opportunity and sustain long-term success.

Why TP360 Exists

Across the United States, educational opportunity is unevenly distributed. Many young people possess extraordinary intelligence, curiosity, and potential, yet lack access to the layered systems of support that quietly shape educational outcomes—high-quality tutoring, strategic college counseling, scholarship navigation, mentorship, and the stability needed to persist through college.

For families navigating economic hardship or systemic barriers, the pathway from middle school to college graduation often feels fragmented and opaque. Critical information arrives too late, support systems are inconsistent, and the invisible infrastructure that helps many students succeed—private tutors, college consultants, academic coaches, and financial guidance—is often financially out of reach.

TP360 was created to close this gap.

Rather than intervening at a single point in a student’s life, TP360 builds a continuous ecosystem of support that accompanies youth and their families from early academic development through college graduation. The program integrates expert partners, community mentorship, and logistical support to ensure that students are not navigating this journey alone.

Students enter TP360 through a community-rooted process. Trusted community members and partners across the United States recommend students anonymously, ensuring that the process remains grounded in dignity, care, and trust rather than competition. Families are then invited to learn about the program and ultimately decide whether they wish to participate and commit to the structure of support and engagement that TP360 provides.

This approach reflects a core principle of the Human Justice Communiversity: that communities themselves hold deep knowledge about the strengths, needs, and potential of their young people. By honoring this wisdom and working in partnership with families, TP360 builds pathways of opportunity that are relational, respectful, and rooted in shared responsibility.

At its core, TP360 transforms the idea that “it takes a village” into a structured, living ecosystem of care, preparation, and opportunity—one that walks alongside young people and their families every step of the educational journey.

Through this collective commitment, education becomes more than academic advancement; it becomes a pathway for building long-term stability, community generational wealth and health, and enduring cycles of care and giving for the next generation

Academic Foundations (Age 10+)

The TP360 journey begins with individualized tutoring and academic skill building through our partnership with Huntington Learning Center.

Through this partnership, students receive customized tutoring services that range from foundational academic remediation to enrichment and advanced study skills. These services help strengthen core competencies in reading, writing, mathematics, and study strategies while building confidence and discipline in learning.

TP360 complements these services with relational mentorship and family engagement, ensuring that students remain supported, encouraged, and accountable throughout their academic development.

High School College Preparation Pipeline (Grades 9–12)

Beginning in the 9th grade, students enter a structured college preparation pipeline through our partnership with Class 101–Atlanta/Irving, working closely with educator Ronda Swanigan.

Through this partnership, students receive comprehensive and strategic guidance in:

• Academic course planning
• SAT and ACT preparation
• College exploration and selection
• Application strategy and essay development
• Scholarship identification and financial aid navigation

We chose Ronda Swanigan as our partner because of her exceptional ability to connect with students and families while coordinating the college preparation process with clarity, discipline, and care.

TP360 ensures that students and families are able to fully access and implement this guidance by providing the surrounding relational and logistical support necessary to sustain consistent progress. Through mentoring, coaching, and ongoing communication with families, students are supported in digesting information, meeting milestones, and building confidence as they prepare for college.

College Access and Enrollment

With the preparation and college access provided through Class 101–Atlanta/Irving and the consistent support of TP360, students are able to apply to and enroll in colleges and universities that align with their academic goals, personal interests, and future aspirations.

This process ensures that students are not simply applying to college but are doing so strategically—with a clear understanding of financial resources, scholarship opportunities, and long-term academic pathways.

College Live! – College Years Support

TP360 continues its support through the college years with our College Live! initiative, which helps stabilize the college experience by assisting students with essential needs such as:

• transportation
• healthcare access
• school-related fees and logistics
• practical life support

Students also receive persistence coaching through our partnership with Beyond 12, an organization dedicated to increasing college retention and graduation rates for first-generation and historically underserved students.

Beyond 12 provides structured coaching, digital tools, and ongoing mentorship designed to help students navigate the academic, financial, and personal challenges that can arise during college.

The goal is not simply college enrollment—but college completion

What Makes TP360 Different

Many educational programs focus on a single moment in a young person’s academic journey—tutoring during a difficult semester, test preparation in high school, or college application assistance during senior year. While valuable, these isolated interventions often fail to address the broader reality that educational success requires consistent guidance, stable relationships, and access to resources over many years.

TP360 was designed with this understanding.

Rather than offering a single service, TP360 integrates multiple layers of expertise into one coordinated ecosystem of support. Through academic tutoring with Huntington Learning Center, structured college preparation through Class 101–Atlanta/Irvine, and college persistence coaching through Beyond 12, students receive the technical expertise needed to navigate complex educational systems.

At the same time, the Human Justice Communiversity provides the relational infrastructure that holds the entire process together—mentorship, family engagement, logistical coordination, and the steady encouragement that ensures students can fully access and benefit from the services available to them.

This model recognizes a simple but powerful truth: opportunity is rarely determined by talent alone. It is shaped by networks, guidance, stability, and sustained support.

TP360 ensures that young people who have historically been excluded from these networks are surrounded by the same level of coordinated care and opportunity that many families take for granted.

Building Generational Wealth, Health, and Cycles of Care

The vision of TP360 extends beyond individual academic success.

Education is one of the most powerful pathways to long-term stability, leadership, and economic mobility. When young people gain access to strong educational foundations, college completion, and supportive networks, they are better positioned to build stable careers, support their families, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Through TP360, students gain not only academic credentials but also the confidence, relationships, and life skills needed to thrive.

This is how we build community generational wealth and health—by ensuring that young people are equipped with the knowledge, support systems, and opportunities needed to create stable and meaningful lives.

As students graduate, grow into leadership, and return to support their families and communities, they become part of a living cycle of care and opportunity.

This is how communities strengthen themselves across generations.

This is how cycles of care and giving are created for the next generation—through lived personal and community experience.

TP360 has been developed and made possible through the visionary partnership and generous support of Future Allies, whose commitment to expanding educational access has helped bring this ecosystem of care and opportunity into being.
